Terms of Use

InfraForce Africa ("we", "us") operates this platform, which connects verified technicians with companies, infrastructure problem-owners, and equipment buyers. Our pilot market is Nigeria. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

You must be 18 years or older to register, submit a request, or otherwise use this platform. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information and documents you provide are accurate and yours to share.

InfraForce Africa verifies documents, organizes technician data, and connects qualified people with work. We are not a certifying or inspecting authority. In Nigeria, NEMSA certifies electrical competency and inspects electrical work — we do not replace NEMSA certification, and listing on our platform is not a substitute for it.

We are an introducer. Any agreement, contract, payment, or work carried out between a technician and a company or problem-owner is strictly between those parties. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the performance, quality, safety, or payment of any work arranged through the platform.

Registering as a technician, submitting a request, or listing on InfraForce Africa does notby itself guarantee work, a hire, a match, certification, or any particular outcome. Verification reflects the documents we have reviewed at a point in time and is not a warranty of any person's ongoing competence or conduct.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents.
• Upload documents you are not entitled to share, or that belong to someone else.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, defraud, or endanger others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or its data.

We may decline, remove, or suspend any submission or account that breaches these terms.

How we collect, use, store, and retain your information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it — it forms part of these terms.

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during the pilot. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
