About InfraForce Africa
The verified backbone of Africa's infrastructure.
Africa runs on the people who install the meters, wire the buildings, mount the solar, lay the water, and keep the power on. InfraForce Africa exists to find those people, verify them, and connect them to the work that needs doing — reliably and at scale.
The problem
Skilled technicians are hard to find — and harder to trust.
Infrastructure work depends on qualified, safe, reliable technicians. But the way they're found today is informal and risky: word of mouth, unverifiable credentials, and no clear record of who can actually do the job.
Companies waste time vetting strangers. Genuinely skilled technicians struggle to be discovered. And real problems — a failing transformer, an unsafe installation, a dead borehole — sit unsolved because the right person never gets connected.

Our approach
Verify. Organize. Connect.
Verify
We check identity documents, certifications (including NEMSA where it applies), and work history — so credentials mean something.
Organize
Every technician, company, and request is structured with clear skills, location, and a transparent verification status. Nothing gets lost.
Connect
We match verified technicians to the right work and follow through — from first request to a resolved job.

Compliance-first
NEMSA certifies. We verify, organize, and connect.
We take compliance seriously because infrastructure is safety-critical. InfraForce Africa checks documents and tracks certification honestly — and for regulated electrical work we point clients toward proper NEMSA certification and inspection. We organize the data and make the introductions; we never pretend to be the authority that signs off the work.
Who we serve
Four groups, one connected network.

Start in Nigeria. Build for the continent.
We're proving the model in Nigeria first — its metering, power, and solar sectors make it the right place to start. But InfraForce Africa is built regionally from day one, ready to grow into Kenya, Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and beyond as the network takes hold.
The goal is simple and ambitious: become the trusted layer that connects Africa's infrastructure workforce with the work only they can do.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is InfraForce Africa a certification body?+
No. NEMSA certifies electrical competency in Nigeria. InfraForce Africa verifies documents, organizes technician data, and connects qualified people with work. For regulated electrical work, we guide you toward proper NEMSA certification and inspection — we don't replace it or act as an inspecting authority.
How do you verify technicians?+
Technicians submit ID, any certifications (including NEMSA), and work history. We review the documents and assign a clear status — from Registered, through Document Submitted and NEMSA Certified, to Deployment Ready — so companies always know what a technician is verified to do.
Which countries do you cover?+
We're launching with a pilot in Nigeria and are built to expand across the continent. Every record carries country, region, and city, so growth into new markets needs no rebuild.
I have a problem, not a job spec. Can you still help?+
Yes — that's exactly what "Report a problem" is for. Describe the issue (power, water, solar, connectivity, and more) and we connect the right verified people to solve it.
How do companies request technicians?+
Submit a request with the skills you need, how many, where, and how urgent. We match you with verified technicians and handle the vetting so you don't have to.
Is it free to register?+
Registering as a technician and submitting a request are free during the pilot. (Final terms to be confirmed.)
